You enter Boathouse Cottage through an enclosed entrance porch giving direct access to a new and spacious kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is comprehensively equipped. The dining area has matching settings for six persons but is large enough to seat 8 to 10 persons with additional settings provided.

Sitting Room & Downstairs Bedroom

The lower ground floor is entered down two easy steps to an inner hall from where you can enter the living room, one twin bedroom, and one shower room with wash hand basin and loo.

The living room has stunning views both up and down the river. With a proper fireplace and comfortable seating you can relax after an active day.

Upstairs Bedrooms & Bathroom

An open-work staircase leads to the upper floor with one double bedroom (with extra single bed), one twin room and a bathroom.

This gives sleeping accommodation for seven. All windows are double glazed and there is central heating throughout the house.

All rooms face the front and have views to the River Tweed and beyond.
