You enter Boathouse Cottage up a gentle ramp to the Front Door and into an enclosed entrance porch leading directly into a modern spacious kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is comprehensively equipped. The dining area has matching settings for six persons but is large enough to seat 8 to 10 persons with additional settings provided.
Sitting Room & Downstairs Bed & Bathroom
The lower ground floor is entered down two easy steps to an inner hall leading to the living room, one twin bedroom, and a shower room with wash hand basin and loo.
The living room has stunning views both up and down the river. With a real fireplace and comfortable seating where you can relax after an active day.

An open-work staircase leads to the upper floor with one double bedroom (with extra single bed), one twin room and a bathroom.
This gives sleeping accommodation for seven. All windows are double glazed and there is central heating throughout the house.
All rooms have views to the front looking to the River Tweed and beyond.
